Have you ever thought how nice it would be to "Cash Out" and retire to a simpler life? Is it even possible anymore with todays rising home prices? I came across this article today written by Business Advice Source - 9 Places In Canada To Own A Retirment Home For Under $100,000.00 - and found it very intriguinig so thought I would share it AND I decided to test their theory by taking a look at what is actually for sale in each town as they have suggested. I've listed their recommended 9 locations below with links to actual current listings in each town. I also found it interesting that 2 of their locations were in Ontario! Turns out you don't have to go too far to find beautiful and affordable places to spend your retirement years.
